BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI)– A former martial arts instructor in Belleville will spend 90 years in federal prison. Christopher Horton, from Highland, was sentenced on six counts of production of child pornography.  Prosecutors say he sexually abused three students, younger than ten, and recorded video of the acts with his phone.
