These poses will help relieve stress and tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your yoga mat and let's get started!

Pose # 1

Downward Facing Dog: This pose is a great way to stretch the entire body. It can help relieve back pain, neck pain, and tension headaches. To do this pose, start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder-width apart. Next, tuck your toes under and lift your hips up into the air, forming an inverted "V" shape with your body. Be sure to keep your arms and legs straight as you do this. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to one minute before releasing.

Pose #2

Pigeon Pose: This pose is perfect for stretching out the hips and relieving lower back pain. To do this pose, start in Downward Facing Dog. Then, bring your right knee forward to your right wrist and lower your left leg to the floor behind you. If you can, rest your right ankle on top of your left knee. If this is too difficult, you can place a yoga block under your right hip for support. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to one minute before releasing and repeating on the other side.

Pose #3

Happy Baby Pose: This pose is a great way to release tension in the low back and hips. It's also a great way to relax the mind and body. To do this pose, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Then, grab hold of your ankles and bring your knees toward your chest. Gently rock side to side or back and forth to massage the low back. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to one minute before releasing.
